Virtual Meeting Wednesday 28th April at 2.00 pm. Waste Recycling Performance – Past initiatives and future challenges

Speaker Thomas Williams, Waste Minimisation Development Manager, Swansea Council 

The presentation will discuss past recycling initiatives and their impact, challenges to meeting future recycling targets and plans. This will include the national, international challenges and future targets. Recycling ,conserving our finite resources and reducing the environmental impact on our natural world is one which is of paramount importance for future generations.

Thomas Williams is from Swansea and a graduate of  Environmental Sciences. He has worked for  the council recycling ream since 2011 and his role is centred around public engagement to meet the ever increasing government recycling targets. The link to join is below.
