Supporting and Managing Female Employees through the Menopause

Talking Menopause partner with organisations to provide professional training and solutions to create a workplace culture of menopause openness and understanding for all, to increase productivity and employee satisfaction by better supporting those employees affected by the menopause, their colleagues and managers.

Our Speaker Sarah Davies set up TALKING MENOPAUSE in 2017 was the business manager for leading menopause experts DR Louise Nelson and Lynda Bailey , former West Midlands Police inspector and leader of an award winning menopause programme within the police force

Our New Venue is;

Cwmfelin Social Club, Courtney Street, Swansea SA5 9NR. The club has excellent facilities, easy parking facilities  and is conveniently situated 100 yards from Cwmbwrla  roundabout. Our meeting  will be hybrid i.e. face to face in the club with the added facility to take part virtually.
