New UKCA machine marking explained – replacing the CE marking.

Our Venue is;

Cwmfelin Social Club, Courtney Street, Swansea SA5 9NR. The club has excellent facilities, free parking and is conveniently situated 100 yards from Cwmbwrla  roundabout. Our meeting will be hybrid i.e., face to face in the club with the added facility to take part virtually.

The UK government will be introducing legislation so that the UKCA marking can be placed on a label affixed to the product or on a document accompanying the product until 31 December 2025.

You will be able to continue to use CE marking for goods placed on the market in Great Britain until 1 January 2023. The UKCA marking must be used for placing goods on the market in Great Britain from 1 January 2023. The UKCA marking can be used now and we encourage businesses
