Risk Management – two words for a reason . Waterton Technology Centre, Waterton Industrial Estate, Bridgend CF31 3WT

This Risk Management half day course will explore ISO 31000 and the reasons why a number of ISO management system standards refer to it with regard to risk.

 

In particular the course will cover:

· What is risk … and according to whom?

· Mistakes in managing risk – more common than we think

· Risk leadership

· The fundamentals of authentic risk management

· The risk management principles and risk management process of ISO 31000

· The overlaps with ISO 45001

· Is there a way your organisation could improve?

Delegates who want a certificate will be provided access to the PCR Global’s Learning Zone and will need to answer questions from the day’s delivery. If they answer correctly, they will be able to download their own certificate.
