Leadership and Influencing Management – Henry Gilbert, Management Consultant

This is a joint meeting with South West Wales branch of CIPD

The presentation will  give you methods and pointers on how to influence management and improve your leadership skills.

Henry Gilbert is an experienced management consultant, former managing director of Holistic Services and former HR director of INA Bearings. He is Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and of the CIOB and held the distinguished office of High Sheriff of West Glamorgan in 2018-2019.He was for many years Chair of the South and West Wales branch of the CIPD.
