Common Challenges Ill Health Retirement presents to Employers and Occupational Health Professionals

This talk will consider when Ill Health retirement is appropriate and what the process involves from an occupational health provider’s point of view.

*Dr Richard Skinner, Insight Workplace Health

Dr Richard Skinner qualified in medicine from the University Of Wales College Of Medicine in Cardiff in 2005, and after being a junior Doctor in hospitals throughout South Wales, he trained as a GP. He worked in general practice in the Caerphilly area for a number of years before retraining and specialising in Occupational Medicine. Over recent years, Richard has worked full time as an Occupational Health Physician and he has been working with Insight Workplace Health since 2021. Dr Skinner will be presenting in person at the venue
