Wednesday 22nd November 2023 @ 2.00 pm Hybrid Meeting
The Importance of Coaching and Mentoring – organisational and individual benefits
Coaching requires a collective viewpoint for organisational success, but mentoring on a local, one-to-basis, is essential to underpin our wider approach and to keep it effective and moving forward. Mentoring is the glue that keeps the collective understanding and requirement of coaching and related areas effective.
