Fostering a culture of coaching and mentoring can bring amazing (and sometimes unexpected) results, both on an organisational and individual level according to the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. Embedding health, safety and wellbeing within an organisation through coaching  will lead to improved productivity, lower absence rates and injuries. Our speaker has a wealth of knowledge and experience on the subject of coaching.

Speaker Claire Parmenter , Assistant Chief Constable, Leadership Team Dyfed Powys Police

Claire has led on a number of change programmes within Dyfed-Powys Police, and has also worked in Avon and Somerset Constabulary on secondment. Claire has been awarded the Stonewall Workplace Champion award for her work supporting diversity across Wales. She is an accredited strategic firearms and gold public order commander. Claire also holds a BA (Hons) degree in Education, having studied in Cardiff.
