Virtual Meeting Wednesday 16th December at 2.00 pm. Overview of PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations)

16 December, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Now is a good time to review these important regulations.

These UK regulations will almost certainly remain in force as they are after Brexit.

The regulations place duties on people and companies who own, operate or have control over work equipment. PUWER also places responsibilities on businesses and organisations whose employees use work equipment, whether owned by them or not.

The HSE indicated at our last meeting that employers still have to comply with all other regulations during the pandemic.

We are grateful to Barry Training Services for providing the speaker and hosting the meeting.
