Ethics in Action has many benefits in creating a workforce which increasing the safety, well being and prosperity of an organisation. This meeting should prove of value to safety managers and general managers on a subject which perhaps does not have the high profile it merits.

Our speaker Simon Cassin is the Director of Ouch Training Team, a health and safety training service based in Dorset.

Simon joined Ouch Training Team in 1997 having previously served as a station Officer for the Greater Manchester Fire and rescue Service. He is an experienced director with a long history in the health and safety industry. Simon has a proven track record in both strategic and operational leadership having studied philosophy and psychology at university.
